My translation of poems by Kurozumi Munetada (1780-1850), a holy man of Japan who taught the way of the Heaven-illuminating Goddess and healed many. The members of Shinto Order of Kurozumikyo still strive to live up to Munetada's teachings of positive way of life.

They reside in the sincerity...
Regardless of gods or the Buddha, they are the divine life force that reside in the sincerity of heaven and earth! (Verse No. 99) 神といひ仏といふも天つちの 誠の中にすめるいきもの （お歌第99号）
