Here in this world
no dream comes true;
knowing this
is the enlightenment
Although it is thought to be this way, the Way cannot be reached without departing from this verse.

思ふことかなはねばこそ浮き世なれと
思ひわくるぞさとりなるらん
この通りに思はれ候、この歌のところを離れてが道なり
