My translation of poems by Kurozumi Munetada (1780-1850), a holy man of Japan who taught the way of the Heaven-illuminating Goddess and healed many. The members of Shinto Order of Kurozumikyo still strive to live up to Munetada's teachings of positive way of life.

A wise person's practice
To nurture the invisible one heart, this is the practice of a wise person. (Gobun No.149) 姿なき心一つを養ふは かしこき人の修行なるらむ （御文第149号）
